Shipping info!

When do orders ship? All orders ship from Toronto, Ontario, Canada. I do my best to fulfill orders Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. If you have a rush order, don't hesitate to let me know and I'll do the best I can!

Shipping rates: In general, the shipping rates from Canada are high, so I've subsidized flat rate shipping rates (up to 2 kg) which, once posted, deliver in 1-7 days - depending on where you're located in Canada.

As is customary, the rates don't climb much the more weight you add, so if you're thinking of adding an item to your order, know that the rate may not increase or will increase incrementally.

Bulk orders: If you're looking to buy a bulk order, for a party or holiday, get in touch for reduced shipping rates!

Are you unsatisfied with your order? 

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, I'm here to help! I offer free replacement within 30 days of receiving your order if you're not completely happy with your performing object. And if you're completely dissatisfied, please get in touch and we can discuss refund options. It takes approximately two weeks to process replacements and refunds from the time of notification.

Please note the following exceptions to our exchange/replacement policy:

  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged

Did you receive a damaged product?

If you received a damage item, I will replace the item if notified within 30 days of receipt and accompanied by photo documentation of the shipping damage (we use this to report to Canada Post).
